UNFAIR PRACTICE AT LAJPAT NAGAR BRANCH

I have savings account at Lajpat Nagar Baranch, New Delhi. I have requested for stopping ECS from my Accounts, The same has been stiopped and ECS stopping Charges Levied on my Account, Despite of this 5 ECS amounting Rs. 25, 000.00 cleared out of 8 . When asked about the same the blame game satrted.

Till date neither i got my money back nor any response, Finally decided to close all the accounts. Shocking they Charged Accounting Closing Charges, Where as i have been forced to close the Accounts.

Till date no Naswer?

Will anybody in AXIS BANK will take initative to resolve the issue.
