This is to inform you that i am very disappointed with your customer service.

On 29th June i had been to AXIS BANK Mangalore to deposit some cash to my account. But my Rs.1000 note was rejected because of a very minute damage to the note. When i asked about this problem to Mr. Manager of The Branch he recommended me to change the note in S.B.I (State Bank of India) and he told that you people have no such license.

If i should change the note in SBI and deposit in your AXIS bank then why the hell should i have an account in your bank which doesn't have license?

I will never recommend any of my friends and family to AXIS BANK in my life.

I HEARD THAT AXIS BANK HAD A VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE

NOW I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT IS BULL SHIT.

So thanking you for all this Service...
