Uneven deduction by the bank

i am dhirendra pratap singh from allahabad u.p.. i am a sify broadband connectivity distributer loced at 185a-39c/1a stainley road allahabad . my firm's name is VRISHANK ONLINE. i have a a/c in axis bank civil lines allahabad u.p. branch whoes a/c no. is 286010200002950.

my complaint is against a lot of deduction by the bank in the name of consolidated charges. last thee years till today the bank deducted a lot of money from my a/c in the name of consolidated charges, and in the bank no body explaines that for why this deductuion had been done . recently yesterday the bank had gone to his limit and deducted Rs. 2677.46 . i have seen in a case that after complaint the bank has refunded the amount to that person who had made complaint against the bank.

plz do the neccessary action against the bank to refund my money.
