I have been duped

I have been duped by the faculties...

they said to fill by salaried account of been maintained at 0.00 balance... been under the contract with my employer...

i had to go out of station for 7 months for some unavoidable reasons...

during this time.due to some unknown reasons..the contract broke...

i had given my e-mail address in the forms submitted in the banks... and specially brought in the notice of the faculty to update me through mails about the account transactions... but they charged penalty for maintaining the balance below 5000/- and no such information or intimation was brought to my notice...
