Not even a sinlge person is responsible to answer a single query for the last 1 week.

Hi Riaz,

I am Anand Kumar form Wipro. I have taken a loan from Axis Bank (PP0820100046043) & my EMI date for every month is 20th. Last month it got dishonored due to lack of funds available, for that i have made an cash payment of 3569/- on 15th of Sep & the receipt no is:15374 through E-NXT Financials Pvt ltd. But when i checked my statement u guys have once again requested for payment on 16th Sep & the same got dishonored, where as my due date is on 20th. Please explain why this has happened?

Because of this i have been charged Rs.200/- for bounce charges & tax charges. I need this amount to be chargeback to my account. Why should i penalize for your mistake.

The customer service in Mumbai is really bad. I have been calling those guys from morning to get a contact number in chennai they gave around 10 numbers in which nothing is responding at last i got your number some how. Thanks for your help in providing the mail id.
