Credit Card Fake Bill

I had applied for Credit Card & got a card. But till date in absence of any necessity I have not even broken the seal of envelop.

But today I received a bill No.0000000005436973 of credit card no.4718610001115949 for Rs. 1292.14. I am shocked that how this figure/bill arrived.

If this is your bank's policy to exploit to customer, I am feared of using Axis bank facilities.
