Not Received Pin Numbe

Dear Sir,

I Have received your Debit Card No 4688 0557 2000 2257, Which is of no use to me as I have not received the Pin Number. When I Enquired I am being told that the same has been sent through Overnite Express Ltd On 16th April. Unfortunately till date I have not received the same. Kindly Mail me the air way bill No, so that I can follow-up with the Overnite Person. Such a negligence on part of such a foreign Bank like you is not expected.

Please treat the matter as most urgent and do the needful.
