Problem in F/D

Respected Sir, I have made a Fixed Deposite of Rs. 75000/-(Rs. Seventy Five Thousands Only) from Mall Road, Kanpur Branch and at that time Executive had said that for a senior citizen there is a 1% extra benefit in fixed Deposite account. As it is clear that for a normal candidate the rate of interest for geater than one year and less than two year is 9.5% So in this way the rate of interest for a senior citizen should be 10.5%, but I am sorry to inform you that executive have given me only 10.25%.

which makes problem to me.

Address : 781 -Y1 Bye Pass Road, Kidwai NAgar, Kanpur. Amount Rate Date of Issue Meturity Date Met. Amount

75000.00 10.25% 06/08 07/08 83011.00

The above Met.amount should be Rs. 83190.00 if the rate of interest is 10.5%.Kindly go through my problem and convey my message to the Kanpur Branch.
