Unnessarry charges on credit card payment

Hello

I allready payment the credit card payment on 5/08. In my statement axix bank recived my cheque. but i don't know they reversal my payment on 09/08. and charge so many fines. I'll not pay the bill untill and unless i recived my orginal payment without any fine. then i pay the amount. It's not my fault.
