Tenant is making our life hell

I am a resident of Bhopal (M.P.) India, We have a owned house in Old subhash nagar abhiruchi parisar. One family came to stay as our tenant in May08, we asked them to pay three months advance rent as a deposit which they agreed to pay in resp to 3000 pm. In june when we asked to pay the bill of their electricity and monthly rent they refused to pay that and started abusing my old parent.
