About crediting of points

Sir, we purchased some items worth of Rs. 1925 on 18th may. Actually I have a customer card in Big Bazaar, Visakhapatnam. i forgot to bring my card and did not add points into my account. i was visit Big Bazaar on 10th July to Add points and Balance to my T24 Sim card balance. but the staff said that " the period of bill valid only for one month they cant proceed anything till get permission from main Branch. that is why i had to submit this request to give permission to get points and T24 talk time balance.

i hope i may kindly be given permission to have these facilities. if you do this favour to me i can proudly say about your services. hope i get permission at en early date.
