Pcb to be changed

Purchased from M/s. Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited, Chennai - 600 024 vide their Invoice No.8909 dated 13.2.12. Mobile has been surrendered to PMW Cares, Chennai - 600 017 vide their Workorder No. LINI126i1511939 dated 19.6.12 . 15 days passed. Problem not sorted out. Reason informing us - they are waiting for PCB from Bangalore/Delhi. Such a reputed brand - does it take half a month to replace the PCB? Are you re-conditioning the same? Please reply soon.
