BABLI MEDIA is a authorized service center of SONY ERICSSON MOBILES.On 09.04.2009 i went there with my sony z550i mobile phone .they accepted that mobile for repair and told me the repair charge will be 1900.my complain id was SEO0932212742 and ref no: SEO0932212742.they told me they will return it after doing repair on the coming wednessday which was 15.04.2009.but till today (29.04.2009) they do not even fixed it up.and if i make a call to them they r just giving me a next date.i phoned them 5 times in last 5 days what is this

is this called a customer service .how many days i have to wait to get my phone back.
