Not giving cash memo

Sir

I have purchased kids uniform from bachraj shop three month before and ask for cash memo.the man was siting there on cash counter told that his machine is u/s u can take next time when u visit here again i told ok. next i went last month before diwali purchased one sweater and ask for cash memo this time another man was there told me u can take another time today my machine is not ok. I told last time same thing happen to me u didn't give me bill that time too.that man told when u will come next time i will give u surely .after 15 days i went again for some item for kid and ask for bill this time that man has refused to give last bills and was telling how i can give u last month bills.i said that u told me that time u can get next time when u visit here, then he was saying why u didn't come next day.i told for cash memo only how many times i have to visit your shop.lastly he has not given me bill.i told that i will complain for that he was telling do whatever u want.after some time i come to know that he usually do same thing to others.not give bill means he is not paying Tex properly which is not acceptable.
