Bag it Today Book My Holiday
Holiday not given as promised

I had taken a membership from Bag it Today for a holiday. My membership number is BIT110071384, Web no 1002489622 and Booking ID 777779338. I am an existing member of Club Mahindra. However, I still took the membership because it was advertised boldly that it is from the India Today Group. Since childhood we have been reading the India Today for insightful reviews and articles. So I did not even think twice before enrolling. However, since then the experience has been bitter and slowly I am loosing faith in India Today. I can't imagine that such a great company can stoop to such levels for profit.

When I asked for my holiday I was told that the holiday is not available and I could take a refund. I mailed my account details as asked for. However, instead of giving me a refund they extended the membership. Till now all was well. However, now when I ask for my holiday again the same story is repeated. The holiday is not available to the destinations of my choice.

This is to request you to please look into the matter and process my case for a refund, as the holiday that I want cannot be provided as per my choices.
