Fake intmation against chq.clearance

Dear Sir, this is to inform you that, i have taken a policy of your companey in the name of my wife mrs. Rumki Mukherjee. She issued a cheque no.20136 dated 23/july/09 infavour of your company a polcy no.0130785826 have been issued by concened branch (Govindpur Branch, Govondpur, Dhanbad).

On the Contrary i received a letter from the branch that, above mentioned ch. no has been bonuncd (witout bounced chq and bank Memorandum).

I have inquired details from my bank they show the cheque clerance documents, the above mentioned ch. has been clered on 27/julu/09 from the a/c.

I traied to contect you branch manager mr.pranav, he told me that, he will intimate me after inquering the falt, but he didn't bother to intimate me.

My question to you why your branch not inclosed the bounced cheque & Memorandum.

it reflects how careless your branches about clint services.

If your requested to Inquire the matter, at the earliest list left with no option move to CONSUMER FORUM.
