This is to bring too your notice the callous attitude of your staff at one of ur Branch Ofiices at Nabha, Distt Patiala.

I purchased an Insurance policy # 0022255593 in 2006.

For three years I have paid the premium at due intervals. Just few days back I enquired about the fund value of my investment & which is in fact less than what I have invested in three years. When I approached the local branch officer for a satisfactory response to it he refused to divulge any thing on it & insisted me to visit their office for any such query.

So far I have not recieved any satisfactory response from their customer care but for 02 cusomary e mails.

Indeed shameful on their part.
