Bajaj Alliance never gives Travel Claims

I took a Oversees Policy from Bajaj Allianz. I was traveling from 12th October to 20th October. My Policy Number was: OG-08-1701-9910-00017357.

While traveling I happened to meet an accident. Luckily no one was injured but there was damage to the “Rental Car”. I called up Bajaj Allianz Helpline and was told that if it is a rental car, my claims will be reimbursed under “Personal Liability”. The executive was Shoaib and he took all details from me and gave me a ‘Claims Number’: 2611821.

I returned to India and submitted all the documents that were requested. Sachin was the person who was in touch with me. On Wednesday 31st October I got a mail saying that my claims cannot be processed.

My simple question to is : “If I’ve to pay to the Rental Car Company oversees, Is it not a “Personal Liability”’
