Not Recieved my Car Insurance

Hi

I am siddhartha, i have applied for car insurance on 22nd of oct. But i have not recieved the insurance copy and My insurance has expired on 8th of dec. I have called the insurance company and they told me that i will recieve it in 2 days but i have not recieved.and no body is now recieving my call and tell me contact Customer Care. Today i was checked by the traffic CO and he left me because of Coverletter which i have. But coverletter is also for a month time and it has also expired.

Please do let me know what should i do. I am very fed up of this. Please give me the solution.
