Poor no responce from HR dept of bajaj allianz gen ins co

I have submitted my PF withdrawl forms to my previous employer office and after approx 6 months i came to know that they have misplaced it. however after the depostion of all documents i have confirmed after approx 1.5 months then they assured me that your doc s are laying at our head office and soon will be send to PF office. but now they have cleanly refused that theyare not in receipt of any doc s.
