Regarding License renewal

Sir

I am working with BALIC sultanpur branch & my agent code 1000216331. Although i had submited my license renewal application with Rs. 1000.00 (renewal fees) dated at 11.02.2009 yet my renewal are pending till date.

So please tell me why held my license renewal as earlier.
