NON RECEIPT OF POLICY LETTER

Mr. A.Santhosh kumar paid 2 instalments of premium Rs.5000/- for the policy no. 96596812. The date of commencement of policy is 11.04.2008 for the sum assured Rs.2, 50, 000/- for the scheme New family gain. The policy not yet received so for even after a gap of one year. In this regard lot of remainders was sent but, no reply the firm. please take imediate action to send the same.
