ERROR IN LANDLINE CONNECTION

Dear Team,

Plz check the issue as I am finding so much of problem due bsnl connection error..As this has been intimated to ur team members earlier also where they have given the assurance that this problem will not be faced by us anymore... First issue is this, like if someone calls us we find lot disturbance during that time so its become difficult to understand him... Secondly from 2-3 days we are finding like if we ring to our landline no then we can hear the ring going but it doesnt give any ring to other person so that he can hear it and pick the call... it seems like dead phone... So, I would like to request you to plz replace the landline phone with other good set...

Plz do the needful on priority basis as we are finding lot of issues due to the same...
