I have lost amount and ist a black list

I have a vehicle loan (KL-57-9304) WITH BAJ AUTO FINANCE proposal no#39234 on 20-05-09 i closed the loan a som rs 22980 and dd no 754802 (may closing) when iam asking my balance check leafs they are told me it wll be send you to by coruier actaly june month 20 i have one ESC above 2000 rs. i dipposted the bank with federal bank thamarashery branch onr ac#25 figere of 3000 in july first but the esc of june, return and they are (bank) inform me on june month bajaj finance 1976 rs check passed, as soon i contact to finance they are told me bring the statement with u we wll pay the amount, i submitted statement and evrything, now july 21 still they not back my amount and my 3 esc returned and baqnk are charging the return fees so please help me, (iam not well ejucated so please pardon me my typing mistakes)
