Service work at VST Bajaj, cottonpet, Bangalore is unsatisfactory...! They will send SMS to customers without caring whether it is ready for delivery or not... when we go to the Service Centre to take delivery they will say wait for another 10 to 15 minutes the vehicle is being taken to washing/still servicing is going on...
Even in pay service also they wont wash vehicles properly... if we asked about that they will say workers are not trained what to do..? This is the only service centre which is near to my house... because of this i am planning to give vehicles to local garages next time, whos service is better than these people..
