NOC and Original RC Book missed in your office

Hello,

We took a Bike in my mom's name, R. Malar Kanni and presently we are planning to sell the vehicle due to financial problems.

We went to Bajaj Finance office in RS Puram, Coimbatore on 31st March.

After checking the details of the account, they said that there is no penalty and the financial dues have been cleared.

As it was year ending for them, me and my mom was told to come the next day.

But then today they said us that they have issued the NOC and Original RC book to someone.

Where in My mom was with me to get the RC book and NOC.

Still not sure whether they have missed it or they issued it to someone.

I still wonder, why they have to have all the proof's of the holder/owner of the vehicle and the photograph fixed in their records and RC book. When they can issue the RC book and the NOC to whomever ask.

I felt really pathetic of the response I got. Still remaining hopeless of what to do.?

Someone please help in what can i proceed further, either filing a case or is there a way to get duplicate RC book. Please help.
