PAN Card status unavailable

I have submitted my mother's PAN Application at BAJAJ CAPITAL, Nehru Place New Delhi. They did not give me any receipt for the fee. They asked me to take a photocopy of the application form on which they had put the processing fee sticker containing number 033938217. There is no status update available online and the staff at Bajaj Capital is not at all helpful.

Please help me and let me know what is the status of my card. Also please let me know how can i escalate my complaint and expedite my application as the matter is very urgent.
