Fan Defective

Dear Sir/Madam,

I bought 2 fan's from Taneja Electronics (Ph No. : 01128565754) new Uttam Nagar. One of the fan became unserviceable. Despite our several complaint, neither company is picking up the phone, nor shops is showing any interest. Yesterday, one of company representative came to house and said the fan is defective need replacement. It happened thrice for the same fan. They came and done some changes and again gone unserviceable.

Bajaj representative said, fan will be replaced by Taneja Electronics and Taneja Electronics said i will have to check it out. But finally, a customer in this mid summer is suffering from the last 8 days. Fan is under guaranty.

Please help us and guide us how to proceed further to get it replaced.
