Handover of noc&rc book

As 156/03/09 my vechicle bajaj ct100dlx no. TN22AF7708has been ceased from bajaj finance for not paying some emi amount, afterthat

i release my vechicle by settle the balance emi.but while receving my vechicle some of my bike internal

parts has change & they are realy cheated me .when complain bajaj finance

there is any response from them, they response person for my worries is mr.karthick (chennai office)

And also not giving my noc&rc book while asking there are telling u have more than 10, 000rs PENALITY

so far, there is no letter for this penality amt or some indemation about that and no communication from them, so pls take to them this matter solve my worries.

This is to inform you that I have paid my final instalment amount of Rs.6, 796/- dated 16/3 at your Gemini Flyover,

Anna Salai, Office.

In this regard I request you to hand over the NOC & RC of my above mentioned vehicle.
