Irresponsibility, Overcharges on spare parts, default servicing

With reference to the above mentioned, i bring to your notice regarding my vehicle Bajaj CT 100, Chasis No: 70879 and registration no: AP31AH 4539, which i have given for change for engine bore, chain spocket, break shoes, oil seals etc on 14.02.08. At that time i was charged 9800/-for servicing. But even though i am not getting the said mileage. So on 25.07.08 i came to your Bajaj Show room/work shop loacted at Gajuwaka, Visakhapatnam and Mr. Ramesh, Supervisor has checked it on MUR and mileage is found to be 40 km/ltr and at that time he said it would cost Rs.150. so on 29.07.08 i gave my vehicle for change of airscrew. But now they are asking me to pay Rs. 450/-

And on 14.02.08, they issued me a free re-treatment coupon bearing no: 003818. Kindly look into this matter.
