Service was not good

I have purchased a bajaj discover 135 bike from panipat (haryana) agency name, M/S SUVIDHA TRADERS in april and at the time of service agency people did not give better reponse to me for my bike, and today 6th november i have made a complaint for bike chain set noise and for petrol meter not working and after the service i checked the bike that it was in the same position, it means they didn't make the good service of my bike

so please do the needfull and oblidge me.
