Claim clearance delay

I have a bike model Bajaj Discover 135 DTSI. I got the insurance covered on the date of purchasing i.e. 08-05-09. for one year. An accident occured with the bike. I have claimed for the bills on date 07-06-09 form your Bahadur Garh Branch office. But till now Your persons of Bahadur Garh branch are not giving me my cheque. You are requested to take actions against this. Oteherwise i will have to go Consumer Court.
