very sorry to inform you that I C.Arunkumar residing at no:74.mmg.nagar, karaikal-609602. purcheased a bike (discover) from your agent SRIRAM AUTO.KARAIKAL.PONDYCHERRY STATE.on loan purchease systom. all the EMI are already paid successfully and obtained RC book and spare key from your agaent at karaikal.further they should issue me the required NOC. unfortunate to inform you that these guys over here are cheating me with out issung NOC and they says that the above letter yet not received from pune office. I strongly belive that these guys are spoiling the name of your company.therefore I request you refer my loan account and send me the NOC letter directly to my address.my veichle registration is PY-02 D 9528.
