I am Raja Gopal AC holder of Hymayath nagar Branch, Hyderabad, AP. My Card no 4386240314186360 and AC No 00811050077012. wish to bring to your notice that i have made transaction ON 05.04.2009 AT 20.00 hrs. from DCB ATM, Sanjeevareddy Nagar, Hyderabad for withdrawl of Rs. 5000.00. But Machine was unable to process my request and card has come out. Surprise to note that i have received a SMS at 20.14 hrs. stating that Rs. 5000.00 was debited with reference no EWA-438624031418636 ON 05.04.2009. Hence request you to do the need ful.
