1) Item "Bajaj Aqua Natural Water Purifier" placed under order # IN3006100246 . The same was shipped on 27 Jul (However, to my utter disappointmnent the product was received in a damaged condition On after opening the shipment we found that its major parts were damaged / broken, )

You are hereby requested to have the product replaced without delay, as I have to gift it to my mother on her birthday ie 04Aug 10

2) Further more I am yet to receive my 2nd redeemed item against order no. "JAIPAN FANCY TRISET MIXER GRINDER" that you placed under order # IN3006100256; which was to be received by 27/07 as per your commitment hoping for priority attention and immidieate action.
