Hi,

I had applied for a Personal Loan in Bajaj Finanace and later on i had cancelled the Loan before the Cheque actully landed in Hyderabad, as discussed with the supervisor of Bajaj Finance the Loan Amount has been cancelled and it would reverted back was mentioned by the supervisor (9866307018).

Now immediately after a month i receive a message stating the you have to pay the EMI which is due on a specific date, i spoke to the supervisor (9866307018) and he says it would be reverted back not a problem and status in the system shows as cancelled, i thought some problem in the system and kept quite. It was strange that after a month again i get a message stating that your EMI is due, now how do i proceed forward with the issue, every month they are putting the cheque in the bank and the cheque is getting bounced my reputation with the existing bank is getting spoilt please look into this matter and guide me the proceedings.
