REMINDER INSPITE OF PAYMENT

I purchased an LCD TV from TLC Vizag with the help of Bajaj Finance. The EMI is debited in the form of ECS from my Axis Bank Account. I always maintain a good balance in my account. The Bajaj Finance rep from Vizag keeps calling me up to remind me that my payment is pending inspite of the fact that the bank statement clearly states that the amount has been debited.

This is really irritating as the man is very arrogant on phone and its not nice at all. Why do i have to put up with this?
