Illegal debiting of funds from the Account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had brought a LCD TV on finance options from Bajaj Finance in Aug of i had setup an auto debit from my Citi bank account so that the amout will go directly on 5th of every month, by nov Bajaj finance was not able to debit my account, when i found out from my Citi bank what the problem was the bank said that Bajaj finance presented the debit with a wrong utility code and that is the reason why they were not able to debit the account.. provided Bajaj with the same information and they started collecting money manually until april in the month of April they tried to Debit my account twice one on the 5th which got declined because of the same reason that they presented it with the wrong utility code and another debit on the account on 21st of april which went through and they did that without letting me know about it, my bank account clearly shows the debit made by them and they call up the next month and tell me that i did not pay for the month of April, i told them that i have a bank statement to prove that the money was debited from my account, they said they will send someone to check the details and this has been happening ever since, whein they say they will send somone and no one come to clarify the details and in the meanwhile they have been debiting my account for the respective months may, june, july and they have been calling me so often that i have missed a payment in the month of April and i repeated myself over and over again to them that i have proof that i have paid the amount in April they always say that will send someone to check nothing happens no one comes and they call me and disturb me whenever they want, but in the month of Aug they debited my account twice and they were sucessful in doing so! the second debit that happened on my account i was never informed about it at all and it was a surprise to me, when i call their number 91-40-44765504 no one picks up the phone.

i hope you will take action and resolve my problem, as this is becoming a big worry
