Bajaj finance
Payment of EMI's

I bought some consumer durables in 2007 April with bajaj finance with a marginal loan amount of Rs 15000/- and gave his agent the post dated cheques (6nos) for Rs2500 each.

All this amount was debited from my account, the first two cheques were withdrawn on self mode and the last 4 were directly credited to the bank account of the company. I didnt notice this discrepancy.

However, in May i got a call from the Bajaj finance agent, that the payment of Rs 5000/- is balance for my account number 473057404. I checked my accounts and found that all of the amount has been cleared. I even got the bank statement and send the scanned copy to the concerned person of bajaj finance, where it is clearly mentioned that the amount is withdrawn from my account against the post dated cheques, i had given.

Now in Aug i'm recieveing SMSes from the bajaj finance to pay the balance amount of Rs5000/-, in order to avoid legal action.

Kindly advice.
