Dear sir,

My A/c. No. 577053039 from above mention finance company. I have purchase samsung fridge from Mapra electronic (newpanvel). Even after completed my all instalment they have taken 01nos. extra EMI.& another loss as per bellow mention. I have given all my detail to there pune branch off. to (Pramod kale &sagar pingle) & there bombay off.(Suresh salve (area manager)). I have told them I am a human right (co. president) of kalomboli city & i am going to go to consumer court, even then they are not responding me. that's mean they don't want to return my money.

My loss is as mention

a) 01 extra EMI (10.05.09) - 775

b) On 20.04.09 without information they have transacted

ECS from IDBI and cheque bounce & bounce charges is - 225

c) Due to above mention bounce charges my two weller

EMI cheque bounce (sowing in sufficent ballance) on 05.05.09 - 225

d) Due to this problem i have to pay late fee charges

of two weller (HDFC) - 400
