Bajaj Finance - Croma Mulund - Washing Machine
Extra Installments Debited by BAJAJ FINANCE

Sir,

I had purchased a Washing machine from croma in the month of December.

I had made part payment for sum of Rs. 7682/- and balance amount of Rs. 6018/- was financed from Bajaj Finance.

The installements were Rs.1222/- per month for 6 months from January which ended on June.

But even after June Bajaj Finance has debited Rs.2444/- for month of July & August.

I had registered my complaint with Croma - Mulund in July to Mr. Mohit & Mr. Samer.

Mr. Mohit said the compliant is registered and hence forth payments shall not be debited.

But the payments got debited in August also.

I have been following up for my payments for a long period now.

I need my payment of Rs. 2444/- with INTEREST in next 3days, or else i shall file a compliant with the Consumer Protection Act.
