Non receopt of Loan A/c number and Loan details

Dera Sir,

I got a loan financed from Bajaj Finace for a laptop. I started paying monthly EMI from Jan @ 3839. Till date there has been no default from my side. As per my calculations, my EMI is going to be over by October.

Unfortunately, till now I have not received any documents from the Company regarding my loan details such as the loan account number, the last EMI month, etc.

I tried to contact the company through their telephone number burt there was no response. I request for prompt delivery of my loan papers with relevant details.
