Bajaj Finance/Samsung TV
Irregularity on ECS Submission

Hi,

As i had financed with Bajaj to purchase one color TV of Samsung.

it financed on 14th Jan-09. I got TV on 15th. After that i did not received any loan statement or any call from Bajaj Finance. Just they informed me about installment of 642/- will be deducted for eight months.

After that in Feb, no any installment deducted although i had maintain my bank account. In this month (March) they deposited ECS with out any information that when do they put in my account. ECS was rejected on 14th Mar. i did not get any call an message from Bajaj Finance till the date.

so, let me know that it's not their responsibility. are they putting ECS without any information.

at least they should inform me about it. Please solve my query
