Bajaj Food processor
Highly unsatisfactory service

I have Purchased Bajaj Food processor from BIG BAZAAR in Hyderabad in Ameerpeth branch. we haven't used it for about 6 months as we had old MIxer which was working fine but when we tried using it about a couple of months ago it did not work and after 7 minutes of running we got burning smell and smoke was coming out of it. so we reported to Bajaj dealer in Ameerpeth and first they ran it for a minute and said that its working fine and did not take any action.so we tried to use it again adn after about 4-5 minutes of running it starteddoing the same thing again. so we took it again to the Ameerpeth Dealer and he tried to say the same thing that its working fine but we asked him to let it run for 5 minutes and smoke came out of it and then he said that there is a problem. it took about a week for them to repair it and then now when we try to use it its doing the same thing and when we reported the same to the Dealer he said that we are not suppose to keep it on for more than 2 minutes. now I dont understand when a simple Mixer grinder with much low capacity can work fine for about 30 minutes how can a fod processor cannot work continuoysly for more than 2 minutes and how long we are supposed to wait for grinding pulses or anything. and is it suppose to generate smoke and burning smell after 4-5 minutes. This is the worst service we have ever received from any company and we regret our decision to purchase this Product which is nothing but a big pain. instead we could have got two mixer grinders in the same price. I am not sure what should as we feel instead of getting it repaired its better to get a new mixer from a difrent company which can provide better service.
