Bajaj Highland Holiday Resort
No time sharing slot offered when demanded

I had paid Rs.25000/. and took membership with Bajaj Highland Holiday Resort in December paying

through my Credit card. Since then twice tried to book for the resort in this companies jurisdiction but was

not offered any chance giving reason the slots are not available.

As I was fed up I went in person to their Bandra office and also to the Vile Parle office to request for the

refund of my money. They turned down my request saying the money cannot be refunded.

I thought of taking yearly vacation with my family to a different place other than our native place.

But now I repent. I need my hard earned money back.

Just thought of presenting my complaint and unite with you for a just cause.
