BAJAJ PLATINA 100 CC BIKE
Cheque date and deposit date is different

I purchased a bike from company showroom of bajaj from wakdewadi branh pune, with bajaj finance on 28-11.

i made a down payment of 16315/-, my installment amount is 1255/- per month for 18 month . cheque date was 15th of every month but installment is debited on 5th of every month. i have a copy of statement given by the company showing cheque date 15th . i have sallery account with icici bank my sallery credited every month after 5th. my bank has charged a fine 2 times as insufficient balance on 5th . person in the bajaj finance are saying that they can't do anything. please suggest me what to do
