Refusing the Warranty

I was purchased a pulsar 150 cc vehicle in my home town karaikal (609602) at kalki motors, the service dealer of akash bajaj, Pudhucherry. i got the problem in my vehicle after few days such OIL LEAKAGE at rear shock absorbers, front brake disk in ubnormal position and some electrical complaints. i went to dealer that dealer for 5 times but they are not ready to take for service. on the day 23.03.2009 finally i went to that dealer for the above mentioned problems but they refused to take my vehicle for service and using bad words and using the gundas to avoid the problem. please take the necessary action
