Dealer is not responding our words

As a customer i have very much irritated by your dealer Khivraj motors (Mount road), Two days back i have went to your dealer-ship to give my vehicle TNO9 AR 0101 PULSAR for PAID service, they told after getting appointment from us only you need to bring your vehicle for service, I told them i didnt know this procedure from next time itself i will follow this, But they are not considered and they didnt take it for service, My house is nearly 18kms from the dealer ship so i request them to take it for service, Only one thing you should need to know that day i have got 1 hour permission from my office, Myself and my friend requested them lot of time but they are omitted our words, We are also in Customer focus group and seeing lot of customers a day, But i didnt saw this kind of worst dealers, Pl inform your dealers to try to do what customer is expected, if this activity is continued day by day you will lose your customers, I have very much worried for buying your product.
