RC book Not yet Received

Sir/Madam

I took my Bajaj Pulsar180 on Feb (Reg No: KL-43 A / 2751) from the RF Bajaj Showroom cohchin (Mamangalam, Edapally PO, Cochin 682024). But so far they have not given my RC book Original. I am following up for the same for the last one year, but every time they are telling some silly excuses. I spoke with every one in that showroom. But they are not taking this as a serios matter. I will be grateful to you if you could help me in this regard.
