Not satisfied with the deale

This with subject to delivery of Two Wheeler vehicle of Bajaj Pulsar-200 DTSi. The fact is that the I have booked the vehicle on 4th of february by making the down payment of Rs 20000/- to kamal auto, jhalawar road, kota, rajasthan. Now it's almost 20 days are crossed but i haven't received the delivery of my vehicle. I asked for the reason for the same they told me that they bring the vehicle from jaipur but there are not able to arrange the mode of transport and so they dont know when would the delivery take place. It could even take 15-20 days.at the time of booking they told me that the the bike would come within a week. And now they are telling that the only thing they can do is return the bookin amount or else i should wait for a indefinate period. And also the on road price which they are offering is 79824/- where as in jaipur it is 74822/-.And i dont know why there is a difference of 5000/- for just 200 km (jaipur to kota). And when i asked them about it they started talking arogantly and sid that cancel the booking and purchase the bike from jaipur.

I want to complaint about the Dealer and Manufacturer, that if the dealer has received the booking then he should take initiative to ask to the manufacturer for providing the necessary stock, and should arrange the neccesary transport to bring the vehicle. It is a very harsh response and it was a total loss for me as i would have invested the 20000/- somwhere else.
